These terms explain the permitted use of this website. It showcases our work and services and allows you to enquire about a project. Sending an enquiry does not by itself confirm a booking or create an obligation to buy a service.
Portfolio content and permitted use
Photographs, films, graphics, text and other portfolio material remain subject to the rights of TMedia and the relevant clients, creators and other rights holders. Client names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Displaying a project does not transfer any rights to visitors.
You may browse the site and share links to its pages. Unless the law permits otherwise or the appropriate rights holder gives permission, do not copy, download for reuse, re-edit, republish, sell or commercially exploit portfolio material. Contact us about licensing or reuse.
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, upload harmful content, interfere with the site or attempt unauthorised access. Only share material and personal information that you are entitled to provide.
Project agreements and other information
The scope, dates, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, usage rights, revisions and cancellation arrangements for commissioned work are agreed separately with the client. This page does not set a deposit, cancellation fee or refund rule. An agreed project contract takes precedence for that project, subject to applicable law.
Portfolio examples illustrate previous work and do not guarantee an identical outcome for a future brief. Please confirm availability and project details directly with us. Website content may be updated, and access may occasionally be interrupted.
